Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a Hi Rise reach truck and other material handling equipment.
  • •Lift cases of product and tack onto pallets; put away pallets of production and inbound product.
  • •Load and unload the blast freezer.
  • •Ensure accuracy of product locations and case counts; report damaged product to inventory personnel, shift lead, or supervisor.
  • •Keep a clean, orderly zone, maintain productivity and safety standards, support SQF 2000 principles, and pick orders as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Be willing and able to operate a pallet jack and forklift and pass the pallet jack and forklift test.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management.
  • •Maintain prompt and regular job attendance.
  • •Forklift experience preferred.
  • •Be willing to work in below-freezing temperatures for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs while standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting for 8 hours on concrete.
