Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and configure new laptops according to Laku6 default settings.
  • •Factory reset and restore images of older laptops for redeployment.
  • •Coordinate delivery of assets for new hires, replacement laptops, and warranty repairs for defective devices.
  • •Check and answer ticket queues assigned to the intern and report defects and related activities to the line manager.
  • •Create access for new hires and deactivate accounts for leavers; check CCTV recordings onsite and remotely and align them to the correct date/time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: IDR 3,000,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Vocational High School, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Google Workspace, or user account administration.
  • •Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware, including laptop diagnostics and component identification.
  • •Ability to speak English (basic/intermediate) and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
