Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of global compensation processes and projects, partnering with People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent, and Finance leads.
  • •Project manage the global annual compensation review, including setup and management of the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
  • •Lead compensation projects from planning through execution (job architecture, compensation analysis, salary structures, job title harmonisation).
  • •Support the VP Compensation with executive compensation benchmarking, compensation reviews, and LTI scheme administration.
  • •Approve compensation transaction items in Workday and act as primary point person for compensation inquiries.
