Job Summary

Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual engagement. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to clients’ goals. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, completing basic transactions, opening new accounts, submitting credit applications, and educating clients on emerging digital and self-service tools. Partner with branch teams to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service.
