Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments to business strategy and measurable outcomes.
•Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies across foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
•Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation.
•Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions and identify new consulting opportunities.
•Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,000 - 236,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience, including enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy, delivering transformation in the banking sector.
•Deep understanding of banking operations and digital banking across lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation.
•Proven success building executive client relationships and leading complex consulting engagements while supporting business development.
•Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms, translating emerging technologies into measurable business value.
•Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, able to bridge business strategy and technical delivery; willing to work from the New York office three days per week.
