Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments to business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • •Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies across foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • •Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation.
  • •Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions and identify new consulting opportunities.
  • •Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience, including enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy, delivering transformation in the banking sector.
  • •Deep understanding of banking operations and digital banking across lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation.
  • •Proven success building executive client relationships and leading complex consulting engagements while supporting business development.
  • •Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms, translating emerging technologies into measurable business value.
  • •Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, able to bridge business strategy and technical delivery; willing to work from the New York office three days per week.
