Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or in facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety/regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage a team of electricians and technicians by providing guidance, direction, and support to complete work efficiently, safely, and to a high quality standard.
  • •Develop work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines while coordinating with other trades and project managers to meet electrical delivery within budget constraints.
  • •Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate work orders, inspection/test reports, and maintenance logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in electrical work for MEP operations.
  • •Strong troubleshooting ability to diagnose electrical problems, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • •Proficiency interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics (wiring, circuits, transformers, switchgear, control panels).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, electrical regulations, and MEP industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills (required to succeed in the role).
