Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate assigned production equipment (e.g., extrusion laminators, presses, slitters/rewinders, doctor winders) according to specifications and SOPs
  • •Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
  • •Monitor and maintain product quality by performing QA checks, removing defects, and completing production/SOC/QA/cleaning reports
  • •Meet production targets while minimizing downtime, changeovers, and clean-ups
  • •Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and take corrective actions, including safe forklift operation and participating in WCOM, 5S, and GFSI
