Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop and implement a holistic internal and external communications strategy and communications plan for Honeywell in Germany aligned to business objectives and priorities.
•Develop regional media programs that are strongly linked to business strategy, regional industry trends, and performance requirements.
•Develop and execute Executive Positioning strategies for the Regional President and country executives to drive top-tier media coverage, employee engagement and visibility.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key reporters/media and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
•Partner on message development and provide media training and coaching as appropriate for key executive spokespeople.

Travel: Low travel

•12-15 years of B2B communications experience preferred, including senior level work in large, complex international companies.
