Job Summary

Own chemical and packaging categories with ~€10M combined spend for manufacturing sites and toll manufacturers. Conduct market analysis for supply/demand trends and pricing, translate insights into medium- and long-term sourcing strategy, and lead end-to-end sourcing projects from demand assessment through negotiation and ERP implementation. Build and manage supplier relationships, run quarterly business reviews and audits, and support global category initiatives while partnering with FP&A for category budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor chemicals, enzymes and packaging markets (supply/demand, pricing) and create reports for internal stakeholders.
•Define medium- and long-term sourcing strategies based on market insights, optimizing options to reduce cost and drive value.
•Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for chemicals and packaging, including demand assessment, quote requests, evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting/closure, and ERP implementation.
•Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain suppliers; manage day-to-day vendor operations, run quarterly business reviews, and conduct supplier audits.
•Provide category inputs for annual budgeting with the FP&A team and support global category management projects as needed.
