Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the technology organization, including pre-press activities, and drive team performance.
•Implement and set up new technologies, ensuring technical documentation is completed and maintained.
•Define and maintain the site technology roadmap and promote new technology projects.
•Execute technological trials (testing, validation, industrialization) for new products and processes.
•Drive process optimization and continuous improvement in collaboration with production, R&D, and suppliers to improve site performance and meet KPI targets.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally flexible packaging or similar.
•Proven experience leading technical/R&D/process teams.
•Experience implementing new technologies, products, and materials.
•Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.
