Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise field project operations for assigned project(s), including supervisory duties for personnel at BIN-UMAR and SINDBAD stations.
  • •Establish and align scope of work with site customer and site representative; check design documentation for adequacy to site conditions.
  • •Visit sites during the project and verify contractor procedures support compliance with technical requirements and timely completion.
  • •Verify safety conditions and enforce Loss Prevention; stop work if required and coordinate ERT responsibilities in emergencies.
  • •Prepare periodic upper-management reports; manage terminal operating and capital budgets, KPIs, and monitor project schedule and budget compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Engineering (or similar).
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive experience planning, design, and construction of surface facilities for oil fields.
  • •10–15 years relevant experience in their discipline or an oil & gas operations environment.
  • •Recognized international qualifications (NVQ, C&G, OPITO, etc.).
  • •Experience with CMMS/SAP and valid emergency response competence; commissioning experience and PTW/ISSOW experience preferred.
