Job Summary

Drive system compatibility and integration efforts for full system mobile workstation products. Own end-to-end test planning and case development, lead hardware and software compatibility testing with ODM partners, and coordinate resources, issue troubleshooting, and risk mitigation across internal and external teams. Provide training to engineering teams, and manage project documentation and deliverables in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile workstation system compatibility.
•Lead and manage system Hardware & Software Compatibility testing with ODM partners.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor/ODM partners for project resource planning, issue troubleshooting, and risk mitigation.
•Provide and coordinate guidance and training for internal and partner engineering teams to maintain or improve product quality.
•Manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables in both Mandarin and English.

Key Requirements

•Typically 6+ years of experience in R&D, technical program management, or related technical roles.
•Preferred background in an engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
•Demonstrated understanding of HP internal engineering and development processes across products or functions.
•Strong communication and interaction skills with internal teams and external partners, with fluent verbal and writing ability in English and Chinese.
