Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise airport cargo operations by leading a team of agents and coordinating with maintenance and guest services. Ensure efficient and compliant use of resources and equipment, supervise handling and network operations, and monitor timeliness and accuracy against KPIs and regulations. Oversee turnaround activities to improve on-time performance, conduct briefings/de-briefings, and support continuous operational improvement at the hub station.

•Supervise airport resources and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and timely execution in line with working instructions, safety procedures, and policies.
•Coordinate, control, and supervise handling and network operations to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
•Provide the team clear operating instructions so activities are executed on time and in compliance with regulations and procedures.
•Manage, coordinate, and monitor timeliness and accuracy of operations to align with KPIs and external/internal regulations.
•Monitor and coordinate Etihad Airways and other airlines’ turnaround operations and extraordinary loading operations to improve on-time performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Preferably degree level education required.
•Minimum 4 years operational experience in airline or cargo or ground handling operations.
