Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice and support to Product, local legal teams, support functions, management, and Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
  • •Negotiate customer partnerships for major deals and manage drafting of sales agreements.
  • •Coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions to determine optimal legal and regulatory paths to market.
  • •Liaise with senior Airwallex group stakeholders globally and manage external counsel/consultants on regulatory matters.
  • •Support negotiations on complex and novel agreements and assist government relations outreach to legislators and regulators.

  • •5+ years of experience as a lawyer at a top firm, in-house or a combination of both.

  • •Strong drafting skills and ability to master new areas of law quickly.
