Job Summary

Own bottom-up growth planning for Careem Food in Dubai and across the UAE, translating market opportunity into measurable targets and a quarterly/annual growth roadmap. Drive weekly/monthly performance tracking with dashboards, diagnose gaps vs. plan, and lead corrective actions. Partner with the Food commercial team to co-own revenue delivery via offers, incentives, and promotions, while designing end-to-end growth initiatives and leading A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead bottom-up growth planning for Dubai/UAE, translating market opportunity into measurable targets across MAUs, OPU, ARPU, and revenue.
•Build and maintain the quarterly/annual growth roadmap aligned to organisational revenue goals.
•Own the performance rhythm (weekly/monthly plan vs. actuals, funnel health checks, and initiative-level tracking) and build dashboards for key growth metrics.
•Design and execute end-to-end growth initiatives across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation, including leading A/B testing and experimentation.
•Act as the primary growth point of contact for the Food commercial team, co-owning revenue target delivery through offers, incentives, and promotions that balance outcomes with unit economics.

•Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
•Strong analytical skills including data mining, statistical modelling, and SQL, with deep understanding of A/B testing and cohort analysis.
