Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, build, and maintain the MTC simulation/stimulation network infrastructure for voice, video, and data services.
  • •Oversee configuration management for network hardware (switch, router, firewall) and provide advanced planning and troubleshooting to support operations.
  • •Coordinate communications architecture and exercise network support plans across government and training stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
  • •Implement and maintain security boundary network infrastructure, including Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation and vulnerability remediation.
  • •Serve as site lead on SolarWinds management and lead contract-provided network personnel to meet customer training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of networking experience and advanced planning/troubleshooting/maintenance for Cisco networking infrastructure.
  • •Ability to design and interpret network architecture, topology diagrams, and communications architecture for complex systems.
  • •Experience implementing DISA STIG processes and remediation activities for network security boundaries.
  • •Familiarity with Tenable ACAS suite and vulnerability remediation across network infrastructure.
  • •IAT-III baseline certification: SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP; able to obtain IAT level 3 prior to start.
