Job Summary

Support asset performance optimization through Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) modelling and analysis. Lead FMEA and RCM workshops with clients and internal teams to drive reliability strategies and maintenance optimization plans across the power industry, including thermal generation, renewables, and transmission infrastructure. Help deliver digital reliability initiatives with data-driven insights, and produce technical reports and client presentations while building capability through mentoring junior staff.

•Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modelling and analysis.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related).

•Proficiency in reliability tools/software (e.g., Isograph, Reliasoft).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and in global teams.
