Deliver high-quality, insightful audits for Zurich’s P&C business, working across audit planning, scoping, risk assessment, and design/operational assessment. Collaborate with Group Audit to deepen business knowledge, develop audit approaches leveraging Data Analytics and GenAI, and assess IT fundamentals. Produce impactful issue summaries and reports that influence stakeholders, while building strong relationships and contributing to a learning-focused, ethics-driven team environment.

•Take an active role in development across business technical, new world, and human skills with a growth and learning mindset.
•Uphold ethics and integrity while ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
•Experience in complex, fast-moving, international organizations.
•Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards, and internal control frameworks.
•Good project management skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
