Key Requirements

  • •Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., chartered accountant, CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA).
  • •Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • •Experience in complex, fast-moving, international organizations.
  • •Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • •Good project management skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
