Senior AI Platform Engineer Contract

Build and validate an AI-enabled data platform capability in a hands-on implementation role. You’ll ramp up quickly on an existing codebase to create backend services, AI agents, tools, and APIs for governed data access. Work across SQL, documents, metadata, semantic models, and vector search, implementing MCP-compatible endpoints and retrieval/grounded response flows. Add access controls, policy enforcement, audit logging, tests, and observability, delivering a documented system within the initial 3–4 month scope.
