Job Summary

Lead adidas’ ecommerce and retail Distribution Center Control Room operations as part of the leadership team. Manage a functional area to deliver productivity, quality, and service level targets, coach and develop Control Room associates, and optimize warehouse processes by analyzing operational data and WMS reporting. Use SAP, Excel, queries, Power BI, and SCI reporting to collect and communicate metrics, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure OSHA safety standards are met.

•Analyze operational data for trends, troubleshoot operational issues, direct shop floor execution/prioritization, and ensure OSHA safety standards.
