Job Summary

Operate production machinery to keep product flowing through the production process and ensure correct ingredients/supplies are used. Set up and prepare equipment per the production schedule, monitor and make minor adjustments, and manage machine changeovers. Perform metal detections and USDA-required inspections, complete required paperwork, and provide basic maintenance support by contacting maintenance when needed. Work on the production line, support Line Leads, and assist or train team members.
