Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve industrial hygiene programs across SpaceX facilities, including chemical, noise, and ergonomic exposure assessments.
  • •Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to track industrial hygiene performance, exposure trends, and program effectiveness.
  • •Partner with operations, engineering, and facilities to integrate industrial hygiene controls into new processes and facilities from the design phase.
  • •Lead or support exposure monitoring campaigns and interpret results to recommend engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and other regulations while driving beyond-compliance performance; support incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements
