Job Summary

A builder-leader role creating Tekmetric's People Partnerships function. You’ll design org structure and operating rhythms, lead a 2–3-person team across GTM, Customer, R&D and G&A, own senior leader relationships, and drive leadership development, engagement, and performance across a fast-growing SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Talent Architecture. Design and maintain a rigorous approach to org design, workforce planning, and succession planning across all divisions.
•Lead and develop the People Partnerships team. Manage, coach, and develop 2–3 People Partners, setting the standard for what great people partnership looks like at Tekmetric—then building a team that delivers it consistently across every division.
•Own the most complex work yourself. This is a player-coach role; personally own senior leader relationships and escalated situations to develop your team and stay close to the business.
•Build the manager capability of the entire organization. Help execute how we develop leaders—calibrations, succession planning, performance rigor, and coaching frameworks—across every division.
•Diagnose what’s actually going on. Use engagement data and attrition signals to surface team health issues and performance gaps, and present a clear point of view to senior leaders.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years in people partnership or closely related function
•At least 3–4 years at director or senior HRBP level in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
•Experience supporting revenue-generating or customer-facing teams and earning their trust
•Partnered with R&D orgs and understand how they build teams, set technical hiring bars, and define success
•Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Rippling a plus), people analytics, and performance management tools (Lattice or similar); ability to pull data and tell the story
