Job Summary

Lead facilities operations by developing preventive maintenance programs, facility inspection plans, and work-reporting routines to improve reliability, availability, and reduce maintenance costs. Review work orders, plan routine maintenance and commissioning for new projects, troubleshoot root causes, and provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and contractors. Drive contractual KPI delivery with strong governance, support digital transformation toward paperless work, and ensure compliance with ISO and QHSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop an effective preventive maintenance program and facility inspection program to minimize maintenance cost and enhance reliability/availability.
•Review incoming work orders/work requests and plan routine and preventive maintenance based on priority guidelines.
•Supervise assigned personnel and manage subcontractor services according to contractual requirements.
•Troubleshoot and analyze root causes to prevent recurrence and provide permanent solutions; provide technical advice to subordinates.
•Prepare regular work reports (daily, equipment failure, incident/accident) and ensure ISO and QHSE compliance; support digital transformation and energy conservation plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
•Preferable MMUP certificate.
•5+ years of experience in Operations & Maintenance with hands-on Facilities Management work in UAE/Gulf facilities.
•Sound exposure handling facilities management across multiple state-of-the-art facilities.
•Proficient with M.S Office Suite and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Facilities Management software tools; knowledge of ISO and OHSAS audit requirements.
