Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage engagement with companies on topics related to enterprise value creation, corporate governance and financially material sustainability factors that impact client investment outcomes.
•Conduct thorough company-specific research ahead of engagements to identify objectives for topics relevant to the specific company.
•Monitor progress toward engagement milestones/outcomes and maintain accurate records.
•Collaborate with internal teams to produce timely research and marketing materials on corporate governance and sustainability topics.
•Support integration of the stewardship program into investment decision-making and proxy voting decisions with insights from fundamental research analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,600 - 169,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•At least seven (7) years’ experience in a relevant or complementary field, preferably at a global corporation, asset manager or asset owner.
