Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and operationalize semantic architecture (taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs) that enables autonomous, agentic AI workflows across Dell Services.
  • •Design end-to-end architecture for LLM, RAG/GraphRAG, and multi-agent systems, including data pipelines, deployment, observability, governance, and cost controls.
  • •Design ontologies and build/operate enterprise knowledge graphs, integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources and running scalable Cypher/SPARQL queries.
  • •Develop extraction and linking pipelines for entities/relations, including disambiguation, conflation, deduplication, canonicalization, and quality assurance.
  • •Build evaluation and observability (metrics, SLIs/SLOs) and lead metadata governance, audits, drift detection, and remediation with cross-functional teams.

Salary: USD 235,450 - 304,700

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on expertise building and operating enterprise knowledge graphs, with fluency in Cypher and SPARQL.
  • •Proven production delivery of LLM, RAG/GraphRAG, and multi-agent systems with guardrails, safe tool use, tracing, and lifecycle management (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
  • •Strong Python and AI/ML skills, including NLP for extraction and normalization, plus experiment design, error analysis, and A/B testing.
  • •Knowledge of graph ML and retrieval, including hybrid text-plus-graph retrieval, reranking, and multi-hop reasoning.
  • •Experience establishing evaluation and governance for RAG/GraphRAG and knowledge graphs.
