Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive implementation of global benefits programs (health and welfare, disability, retirement, and wellbeing) ensuring local regulatory compliance.
  • •Analyze benefit programs and initiatives and recommend changes based on employee needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • •Lead benefit renewals, implementations, and vendor transitions, and implement Global Mobility programs (permanent relocation, short/long-term assignments, and traveler/commuter matters).
  • •Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, benefit brokers, and insurers; benchmark programs and ensure they remain competitive, sustainable, and compliant.
  • •Advise employees and People stakeholders on benefits and mobility (eligibility and administration) and support compensation annual cycles and Total Rewards initiatives as needed.

Salary: CAD 78,400 - 109,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Advanced expertise in global benefits and regulatory compliance.
  • •Understanding of global mobility concepts, policies, and processes.
  • •Basic knowledge of immigration, tax, relocation, and social security policies and procedures.
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate complex benefits and mobility solutions for business, People teams, and senior leadership.
