Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready capabilities from day one, owning technical components end-to-end. Work across full-stack deployment and configuration, develop agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls), and build data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360 and cloud platforms while tracking performance and business KPIs.

•Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6-10 years for Senior levels), including at least one production system you can discuss.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
