Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Lean-based continuous improvement across CFOps core processes including close, forecasting, revenue recognition, and project finance.
  • •Identify root causes of inefficiency, rework, and cadence risk, ensuring improvements are practical, adopted, and measurable.
  • •Design processes that protect cadence during peak periods, eliminating manual workarounds without compromising control, auditability, or timing.
  • •Partner across Commercial Finance pillars (BP, Deal Desk, COE) to enable process changes, clarify interfaces, and reduce friction between pillars.
  • •Drive automation and system enablement with Finance Systems and IT, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and ad-hoc fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7–10+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A with hands-on process improvement delivery.
  • •Proven use of Lean/continuous improvement methods in financial processes (close, forecasting, accounting or adjacent flows) in complex, multi-country organizations.
  • •Strong background applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to finance processes.
  • •Understanding of finance systems and data flows (e.g., SAP-based environments) to enable automation and control-compliant solutions.
