Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on best-practice sustainability outcomes using rating tools such as IS Ratings and Green Star Ratings.
  • •Perform technical sustainability assessments including climate change and resilience, energy, carbon, and water modelling.
  • •Lead cross-discipline coordination to integrate sustainability into design outcomes and implementation measures.
  • •Provide leadership and management for deliverables, including project planning, project management, budgeting, and controls.
  • •Develop client relationships, lead bids/business development, and run client meetings and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent sustainability-related discipline.
  • •6+ years’ experience as a Sustainability Consultant (preferably in the infrastructure sector).
  • •Experience with sustainability certification schemes such as Infrastructure Sustainability Council’s IS Ratings and Green Star (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading sustainability-focused projects of small to medium scale.
  • •Experience performing technical analysis across areas like energy, water, waste modelling, climate resilience, and life-cycle analysis.
