Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Service Design Managers, including regular 1:1s and development reviews.
  • •Review and improve Service Design methodology and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Assign and regulate team project work to keep delivery efficient and properly resourced.
  • •Act as gatekeeper on behalf of the Service Operations team for services entering operational support and ensure acceptance at Operation Readiness Reviews.
  • •Review and approve team deliverables (including Service Design Packs) and provide user experience assessments; support projects with senior Service Design input as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 72,000

Key Requirements

  • •Detailed knowledge of ITIL service design package and excellent understanding of ITIL processes, with ITIL qualification/experience desirable.
  • •Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • •Good technical knowledge of end-user devices/systems (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices) and back-office systems that support them.
  • •Clear understanding of user experience and user-centred design, including providing User Experience assessments.
  • •Ability to lead and manage service design work, reviewing deliverables such as Service Design Packs.
