ARMO Assist Supervisor

Oversee daily production operations within the CWI ARMO Workshop, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. Coordinate production tasks and resolve technical issues while acting as the main liaison between production teams and stakeholders. Implement standardized production control processes, supervise staff, maintain quality and safety standards, and coach teams to drive continuous improvement. Adapt operations to client needs within contractual frameworks and analyze production data to optimize performance.
