  • •Oversee and support multiple engagement teams to complete divestiture solutions, including carve-out readiness evaluation, 100-day planning, and separation of the business.
  • •Support SEC regulatory filings for carve-outs and facilitate preparation of carve-out financials.
  • •Assist audit teams in evaluating accounting policies for new, significant, or complex accounting-related matters.
  • •Train and supervise less experienced colleagues, providing consistent feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum of eight years of experience providing financial statement audits, accounting advisory, or similar transaction advisory consulting services, with deep experience in at least two industries.
  • •Active CPA license (required).
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and standards.
  • •Deep specialization in areas such as ASC 606, ASC 842, financial instruments, IPO process, capital transactions, or complex debt, equity, and employee compensation topics.
