Lead operations in a highly technical 24/7 manufacturing environment, balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost while driving continuous improvement. Manage a production team and coordinate effectively with maintenance, supply chain, external suppliers, and site support functions to meet production targets on time and within budget. Serve as a key leadership contributor to strategy, investment planning, operational excellence, and departmental budgeting across CVD manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Own safety and occupational health for department employees in a 24/7 environment.
•Provide leadership and vision, motivating investment needs to deliver departmental results.
•Manage operational cost, production volumes, planning, and Quality KPIs for processing CVD and Mechanical products.
•Drive cross-functional execution with supply chain, engineering, customer service, and R&D to deliver outcomes.
•Lead and develop the operational team, including recruitment, manage procurement/processing/delivery, and deliver continuous improvement using Business Excellence tools.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and 5+ years as a functional leader.
•Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
•Proven track record delivering results as a leader.
•Literate in MS Office and systems, with project management skills and technical understanding.
•Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, lead change, and make decisions under pressure.
