Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on risk management and general insurance issues; support local statutory insurance requirements.
  • •Design, strategize, place/renew, and manage insurance programs across property and casualty lines.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely policy administration, including invoicing and collection; review contractual insurance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with overseas Aon offices for multinational servicing and optimize clients’ global insurance programs.
  • •Propose Aon United solutions, keep up to date on Aon IQ, use global account platforms, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to growth and winning new clients.

Key Requirements

  • •General insurance academic qualifications; ACII would be advantageous.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 in the Singapore insurance industry.
  • •Independent, proactive, efficient, and meticulous with strong multi-tasking ability.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, positive, adaptable personality.
  • •Good analytical mind and business acumen; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
