Architect secure multi-account AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, lead Zero Trust controls, and build CI/CD-integrated security testing. Drive detection engineering, incident response maturity, and AI-assisted secure code review.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and track measurable security KPIs and operationalize vulnerability lifecycle management.
•Translate RBI and PCI-DSS expectations into automated technical controls and engineering-driven audit readiness frameworks.
•Architect and secure AWS and Kubernetes environments, implementing Zero Trust principles and security guardrails.
•Design CI/CD-integrated automated security testing and policy-as-code guardrails across the security lifecycle.
•Lead threat modeling, offensive security (VAPT), and detection engineering including incident response and root-cause-driven automation improvements.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of deep hands-on security engineering experience (or equivalent architectural depth).
•Proven track record of independently driving security transformation and delivering measurable improvements.
•Strong expertise in AWS security architecture, Kubernetes & container security, and secure SDLC/CI/CD integration.
•Experience with IaC security, vulnerability lifecycle management, and API/authentication security.
•Strong programming/scripting skills (Python or Go) and ability to operate effectively without detailed managerial direction.
