Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used to manufacture solar modules at required quality and throughput levels.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance, respond to tool alarms/non-standard conditions, and escalate issues that can’t be fixed immediately.
  • •Perform basic quality control procedures and recognize quality, including isolating quality issues and properly identifying modules removed from the line.
  • •Monitor process data and make decisions based on procedures to maintain process control.
  • •Manage inventory levels at point of use and provide shift-change communications and reporting when requested.
