Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure continuity of supply through material planning and execution for liquid cooling/cold plate technologies.
  • •Represent the supply chain CM management team to lead or co-lead CM bring-up projects and implement CM performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate with CM, component suppliers, and GSM on material issues, using root-cause analysis and managing corrective/recovery actions.
  • •Allocate short-supply components to maximize revenue while minimizing KPI and customer escalation impacts.
  • •Oversee excess and obsolete (E&O) activity from CMs, manage RFQs and competitive cost analysis, and support key inventory/quarter-end events.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • •10 years of progressive supply chain operations experience, preferably with liquid cooling material management experience in a high-tech environment.
  • •Minimum 5 years of OEM experience.
  • •Experience leading projects with strong program management, communication, negotiating, and influencing to drive business results.
  • •Strong data management skills, including compiling and analyzing large datasets in Excel.
