Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead and SPOC for hiring strategy, talent availability, and competitive market insights within Kerry’s Integrated Operations team.
  • •Partner with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership to shape and execute hiring plans using Strategic Workforce Planning and long-term capability needs.
  • •Oversee end-to-end recruitment execution for volume hourly and salaried front-line technical roles from intake through offer.
  • •Design and lead structured recruiting strategies, including targeted outreach and collaboration with local, state, and industry bodies.
  • •Use AI and sourcing tools to build and maintain talent pools, and deliver a transparent, inclusive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management experience in a corporate or similarly complex environment.
  • •5+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading TA teams and coaching leaders.
  • •3+ years of regional experience in a matrixed corporate environment (Food & Beverage or FMCG).
  • •Proven ability to deliver against hiring plans and lead volume recruitment through systems, with data analytical and project management skills.
