Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business units to document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
  • •Gather, document, and validate business requirements for cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and standardization opportunities across departments.
  • •Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process excellence standards, frameworks, playbooks, and documentation.
  • •Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews; track and report outcomes of process excellence initiatives on efficiency, quality, and cost impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence.
  • •Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting or business intelligence tools.
