Planning Lead - Life Science (Construction project)

Lead advanced project planning and scheduling for life science construction projects, owning schedule analysis, progress measurement, change-order impact assessment, and risk analysis. Coordinate WBS/CBS development with project and contractor control leads, prepare staffing and integrated schedule reports, and drive baseline deviation analysis with corrective actions. Perform probabilistic, critical-path, and schedule risk analyses, and contribute planning inputs to monthly project reporting and presentations.
