Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project and cost engineering and contractor controls leads.
  • •Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress, and customized reporting outputs.
  • •Perform probabilistic analysis and conduct critical path and schedule risk analysis for the overall project.
  • •Analyze baseline deviations and variance/change-order impacts, highlighting bottlenecks/delays and recommending corrective actions, including inputs to monthly project reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management, preferably in Life Sciences/Pharma or related sectors.
  • •Expert-level experience using project scheduling tools, with Primavera P6 preferred.
  • •Ability to coordinate and organize schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
