Job Summary

Own end-to-end client support for payment and stablecoin services, ensuring smooth onboarding, transactions, and issue resolution. Serve as the escalation point for complex inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high service standards across clients and partners. Produce daily transaction and balance reports, manage CRM records, and track KPIs/SLAs via dashboards and governance reporting. Drive automation using Power Automate and VBA while supporting compliance and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage client relationships and deliver a seamless onboarding and transaction experience for payment and stablecoin services.
•Address client inquiries, resolve payment-related issues, and act as an escalation point for complex support cases in coordination with stakeholders.
•Provide daily transaction and balance reports; maintain accurate client transaction records and documentation in CRM/record-management systems.
•Monitor service metrics and produce dashboards/KPIs/SLAs and management reports on transaction volumes and operational performance.
•Drive process efficiency through automation (Power Automate/VBA) and support ERP transformation activities, system testing, and guidance for junior team members.

Key Requirements

•5–6 years of experience in client support functions in the payment or financial services industry.
•In-depth knowledge of payment processing and payment gateways, plus familiarity with foreign exchange and foreign exchange quoting.
•Experience with CRM platforms and strong attention to detail handling financial transactions and client records.
•Strong analytical skills, including root-cause analysis, process controls, and risk mitigation, with knowledge of audit/compliance/governance requirements.
•Proficiency with automation and reporting tools, including Power Automate/VBA and dashboarding/KPI reporting (Power BI / OTBI).
