Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the line manager in leading a team managing delinquent customers within the retail secured loan (mortgage) portfolio.
  • •Manage HKMC enquiries promptly, ensuring they are reviewed, addressed, and actioned appropriately.
  • •Initiate legal proceedings by instructing approved external law firms and oversee end-to-end litigation, including property repossession and disposal of repossessed assets.
  • •Perform account maintenance and administrative support to keep account records accurate and operational processes running smoothly, and support risk management by coordinating required activities.
  • •Compile statistical reports and performance insights; conduct periodic/ad hoc reviews of risk accounts and recommend mitigation actions; manage customer complaints and conduct investigations to determine facts, root causes, and resolution actions.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in debt recovery/secured lending and mortgage business, with exposure to credit control/administration.
  • •Strong self-motivation with interpersonal, communication, credit analytic, and supervisory skills.
  • •Good knowledge of PC application software including MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • •Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency is an advantage.
