Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of processes, standards, and operational plans, including procurement strategy, RFPs, risk and opportunities, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, and cost accountability.
  • •Coordinate supplier and supply chain resources to support the capture plan and proposal pipeline; review and assess RFPs and bid packages.
  • •Implement KPIs internally and with the supply base to ensure timely customer delivery and adherence to plans.
  • •Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements.
  • •Lead projects to enhance supply chain performance and continuously improve; assess and mitigate supplier agreement risks and negotiate complex agreements across the contract lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Experience with supply chain, vendor management, risk assessment/mitigation, and/or supplier performance management.
  • •Experience in subcontract proposals/contracts.
  • •Experience with FAR/DFAR compliance.
  • •Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date (or ability to obtain higher clearance).
