Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework across People and COO organizations.
  • •Write and edit internal audience content and craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements.
  • •Support leadership with change and reorg communications, including transparency and buy-in, and manage internal channels including email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms.
  • •Design and run employee listening and feedback frameworks (at minimum quarterly), translating insights into action.
  • •Build recognition frameworks and culture initiatives, plan events and community programming for distributed/remote hubs, and use survey/engagement/attendance data to guide decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement with excellent, clear, simple writing.
