Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive full-cycle recruiting for gaming studios: source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for gaming roles (e.g., C#, Game artist, Studio Director).
  • •Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy; conduct intake meetings with deep knowledge of talent landscape and maintain strong internal communication.
  • •Cultivate candidate referral relationships and processes to ensure high-touch communication and fair outcomes.
  • •Dynamically source passive talent using tools and creative methods to engage and attract our roles.
  • •Ensure top-notch candidate experience and positive employer branding throughout the recruitment cycle.
