Marketing Proposal Specialist

Create and coordinate marketing proposals for the East Region Marketing team, supporting activities from capture through interview stage. Lead small to medium proposals, manage proposal content schedules, templates, compliance, and production, and provide conceptual document design guidance. Facilitate Pink/Red team color reviews, apply lessons learned, and manage revision implementations. Perform go/no-go analyses, run debriefs and client feedback reviews, and support entry-level proposal team members.
