Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with planning, tracking, and reporting to drive project financial performance.
  • •Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including variance analysis for revenue, margin, and recognition.
  • •Perform month-end close tasks including cost, revenue, and accrual reconciliations, and deliver clear reports on budget impacts and contract performance.
  • •Develop and monitor baseline/working budgets and EACs in partnership with program leadership; track commitments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • •Manage AR/AP activities such as subcontractor/vendor payment processing, invoice backup documentation, collection status monitoring, unbilled revenue/accrual calculations, and project setup in Costpoint.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizenship with the ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • •2–5 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or project controls role with government contract experience required.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • •Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables, plus solid understanding of EACs/ETCs and core project financial concepts.
