Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the sampling team with planning and warehouse to plan sampling activities.
  • •Ensure raw material samples are taken on time and packaging materials are tested and released according to SOP.
  • •Coordinate with production, warehouse, chemistry, and microbiology labs for investigations of raw material and packaging material.
  • •Do appraisal for sampler performance, manage their workload, and attend MBU 1.5 to update testing/releasing status.
  • •Support supplier deviation management and claims, route RMAQ review for new supplier materials, and write/revise quality documents, procedures, and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in food science or a related field.
  • •At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Aptitude or experience setting up and maintaining computer systems and static data.
  • •Willing to work in Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT stations).
  • •Ability to lead sampling activities and coordinate with planning, warehouse, production, and labs.
