Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales performance and lead customer interactions as part of the store team.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and motivate Store Advisors to maintain a customer-focused approach.

  • •Support operational excellence through inventory management, new product ordering, fill-in orders, and accurate stock levels.
  • •Uphold visual merchandising standards and serve as the primary contact for operational matters related to product flow and store system functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
  • •At least 1 year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • •Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus (passion is essential).
